Cultivate Festival takes place on September 26 - 28 at Haute Goat Farm, rural Port Hope. 

Friday - 5 - 9:30 P.M.
Saturday - 11 A.M. - 9:30 P.M.
Sunday - 11 A.M. - 5 P.M.

If you are a camper, park your car and check in at the front gate. We have some dolly's, wagons and other things that should help you get what you want to where it needs to be. 

Note that all camping is quiet camping. There is a campfire on-site behind the cafe that will be open from 10 P.M. to 1 A.M, including music. Bring your instrument if you'd like to get involved.

Haute Goat will serve breakfast and coffee in the morning. Coffee and food at 8 A.M.  

We will also be providing yoga each morning with Kim Jaye at 8:30 A.M.

You can check in at the front gate. Have your tickets ready on your phone, or print them out in advance. We must be able to access the QR code to scan you in.

If you don't have tickets, you can get them now here. 

• Your Cultivate Cups from previous years. This year we will be selling our cups for $5. If you have some from the past, please bring them so you don't have to buy one! 
• A picnic blanket. There is a fair amount of seating, but not in front of the stage
• Refillable water bottles (free water on-site)
• ID for anyone want to access the bar
• Debit/Credit - this is a cashless festival
• Weather gear - rain jacket, sunscreen, hoodie
• Folding chairs will be allowed near the top to the main stage hill

• Outside alcohol
• Tents (unless you are camping)
• Pets (service animals are allowed)

There is parking on site. We don't have a ton, so we strongly encourange three things. 

1. Carpool 
2. Park Closely together. Don't be a space hog.
3. No overnight parking, unless you pay for it.

And, of course, no drinking and driving. Get home safe!

We have 10 spaces dedicated at the end of the driveway. Follow signage or ask a volunteer at the head of the driveway to guide you there. See map below.

Tickets are non-refundable. Cultivate Festival is rain or shine!

Inside the festival grounds you will find a wide variety of food and drink, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Food and drink is a key part of the Cutlivate experience, and our vendors appreciate your support more than ever. We know different people have different needs, but please be considerate of these vendors as much as possible and be sure to pack out any waste that you bring in.

Outside alcohol is completely forbidden. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the festival and will not be permitted to return.

Terms + Conditions

The Festival Organizer requires all Festival participants to comply with Provincial and local health unit COVID-19 Guidelines in effect at the time of the Festival. It is anticipated that these guidelines will dictate screening, mask wearing, social distancing and other protocols. Signage will be conspicuously posted. Touchless transactions will be implemented at ticket scanning and elsewhere when possible to minimize any direct contact.

As we get closer to the event, we will be announcing more details.

We will have St. John Ambulance on-site all weekend long. In the case of emergency, call 9-1-1.

If you need help, find St. John's Ambulance (middle of the festival grounds by the big red barn) or ask a volunteer to help.

Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour won’t be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove anyone who threatens that spirit of safety and community.
