What is Camp Cultivate?

Camp Cultivate is the perfect way to take in the festival while gaining exclusive access to the farm, additional programming and the community that comes with it. It's a great opportunity for a couples getaway or a family friendly adventure.

What to expect

THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF CAMPSITES

Single (1) tent site - a 15x20 foot space that can sleep up to 6 people. ($90 per site + weekend pass)
Double (2) tent site - a 25x15 foot space that can sleep up to 10 people. ($120 per site + weekend pass)

Only ONE campsite ticket is require per group. Everyone else on the site is required to have a weekend pass and will be required to show that at the gate to recieve your camping pass.

Camping is for three nights. Check-in is on Friday. Check out is on Sunday evening.

What else?

THERE ARE ONLY 65 campsites available!
We will have exclusive "campfire" programming on the Friday and Satuday nights.
A “Community Campfire” will be made available until 1 a.m. each night.
Breakfast will be available for purchase on site.
Camp stoves are permitted, but campfires, including those in self-contained, raised fire pits, are prohibited.
Security will be on site overnight to monitor the camping area.
Both sites are in farmer's fields (rough camping) and very close to the festival experience.
One dining shelter will be allowed on each site.
A parent or guardian of legal age must accompany overnight campers under 18 years of age.
Tents must be set up inside designated “campsites”.
Parking is available for free onsite. It is an estimated walk of 5 minutes to your campsite.
Campfires, amplification, electric generators (including the use of those built into RVs), drumming and any unreasonable noise, are prohibited.
No outside alchohol is permitted.
Each camper will be registered and issued a unique wristband that must be worn at all times.
Each camp will be registered, and an ID tag must be displayed prominently at all times on the outside.
Sites are "leave no trace". Please respect the land and our host venue and ensure you leave no trace or you camping experience. Garbage, compost and recycling will be available in the festival during festival hours.
Dogs/Pets are not allowed due to farm safety.

Folk Around the Fire with David Newland - Friday night

Come one, come all! Bring your instrument of choice and show off your skills. David Newland is a master of campfires and he'll keep the party going by making sure everyone gets to participate. This is always one of the highlights of Cultivate Festival!

Bluegrass around the fire with the barrel boys - Saturday Night

The Barrell Boys are masters of bluegrass, but you don't have to be! Come learn about some old time tunes and get in on the jam. Don't forget your instrument!

Breakfast

Haute Goat breakfast will be available bright and early, before the festival opens. Coffee will be on and improptu yoga will happen. The site is beautiful in the morning and the accommpaniments taste great!

The property contains 200 acres that are perfect for a hike, some birding, meditation or even 18 holes of disc golf.

Does it include any tastings?

Is Cultivate accessible?

We have taken steps to ensure that there are as few barriers to enjoy the festival as possible. Although the venue offers many accessible areas, it is an outdoor, grassy surface.

We have a dedicated Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility committee on-site to ensure we can make the experience as enjoyable as possible.

There are parking spots reserved for those with accessibility permits right close to the gates. Also a drop off area. There is clear directional signage marking the location of the festival, the front gate is fully accessible. Support persons and animals are permitted to the festival.

Inside the festival, all food menus are written on large boards, the washrooms, food and drink service areas and stages are all wheelchair accessible. The Craft Beverage tent has tables with removable chairs.

There will be accessible seating areas.

Multiple accessible washrooms will be made available.

Is there a refund policy?

Can I bring outside food or drink?

Inside the festival grounds you will find a wide variety of food and drink, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. Food and drink is a key part of the Cutlivate experience, and our vendors appreciate your support more than ever. We know different people have different needs, but please be considerate of these vendors as much as possible and be sure to pack out any waste that you bring in.

Outside alcohol is completely forbidden. Anyone caught with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the festival and will not be permitted to return.

What are Cultivate's COVID-19 protocols?

The Festival Organizer requires all Festival participants to comply with Provincial and local health unit COVID-19 Guidelines in effect at the time of the Festival. It is anticipated that these guidelines will dictate screening, mask wearing, social distancing and other protocols. Signage will be conspicuously posted. Touchless transactions will be implemented at ticket scanning and elsewhere when possible to minimize any direct contact.
