Progressive Dinners

Join some of our regions best chefs as they take you on a tour, showcasing the taste of our land. Four locations, four courses, unique dining environments and unforgettable moments. As always, we celebrate local food, drink, art and culture.

Now and Then – The Ganaraska River 

Date: Sunday September 9th
Location: Port Hope
Cost: $100 per person, all inclusive; kids 12 and under – $25

Duration: 11:00 – 3:00pm

An incredibly unique experience! 

Join local historian, Catharine Tozer as well as the Cultivate crew as we navigate The Ganaraka River and explore its rich food history and culture, including trout, sturgeon, whisky and beer. 

Stops along to way at Local #90, Molson Mill and Inuit Fine Art. Plus, stories and songs by David Newland!

Food and drink will include, but is not limited to, fresh fish, cocktails, caviar, fresh bread, smoked meat and more!

Food of the Land with Caleb Musgrave

Date: Saturday September 15th
Location: Hiawatha First Nation
Cost: $175 per person, all inclusive; kids 12 and under – $25
Group Size: Maximum 30
Duration: 5:00 – 9:00pm

This is truly a remarkably unique experience!

Incredible history, game meats, wild edible cocktails, acerglyn, voyageur canoes, fire, lake fish, foraging, fire making and more! 

Join Caleb Musgrave of Canadian Bushcraft and Bretton Clark of The Land Canadian Adventures, for a trip around Hiawatha First Nation and discover some traditional foods, ancestral preparation methods and stories that make it unique. Artist Mique Michelle will also be along for the ride, leading a storyboard session revolving around the history of the regions food.
