Join some of our regions best chefs as they take you on a tour, showcasing the taste of our land. Four locations, four courses, unique dining environments and unforgettable moments. As always, we celebrate local food, drink, art and culture.

Now and Then – The Ganaraska River

Cost: $100 per person, all inclusive; kids 12 and under – $25

Duration: 11:00 – 3:00pm

The Ganaraka River is rich with food history and culture including sturgeon, whisky and beer. Can you imagine what we’ll be cooking up? There is lots to taste and to talk about on this progressive lunch.

Food of the Land with Caleb Musgrave

Date: Saturday September 15th
Location: Hiawatha First Nation
Cost: $175 per person, all inclusive; kids 12 and under – $25
Group Size: Maximum 30
Duration: 5:00 – 9:00pm

Join Caleb Musgrave of Canadian Bushcraft for a trip around Hiawatha First Nation and discover some traditional foods, ancestral preparation methods, songs and stories that make it unique. Artist Mique Michelle will also be along for the ride, leader a storyboard session revolving around the history of local food.
